The application offers an easy way to send the recording to your email. For this operation, you will need a default email application set up to handle email handlers. Click on the Recording button and record whatever you want then press on the same button which acts as Stop. Right click the recording and select Send to Email. The file will be attached to your default email application. Fill in the details and you're done.
