I am already running Passwords Plus on my Android device. I now want to also install in on PC and two more devices. Do I need to sync it?

Yes, you need to perform a sync operation from the application on your computer. If you have used an account to sync the items, then use the same account on your computer to download the items. Additionally, if you have the possibility, export the data from the phone and then import it on the desktop version of the application.
