Is there a place I could use Skyrim's Character Creation tool without buying the game?

I'm a big fan of fantasy-style games like Skyrim, but:

1. I can't afford Skyrim
2. I really want to figure out how Bethesda coded the Character Creator.

So, I was just wondering if there's a place I can go on the internet that has Skyrim's Character Creator application online. I'd really like to try it out, and I won't pirate the game to do it. :) Thanks to whoever answers this question!

The answer to your problem is yes, there is. A free character editor at Skyrim Nexus and it has been created to help users like you and the entire Skyrim community.

Actually, this program only lets you add perks and skill levels to your character to load into Skyrim. So... to use it you would need to own Skyrim in the first place.

I don't really know but there probably is. By seeing all those character creating and dress up games there is most likely going to be a Skyrim character creator game, but it might not be as advanced as the original one!
