Is there a CD label software thats actually available for downloading?

I just bought a pack of Memorex CD Label sheets and I found the software but it said that the Memorex exPressit Label Design Studio software is "unavailable for downloading". Is there any other software that has the exact layout that a Memorex CD label sheet would have? If I am wasting my time with Memorex please tell me a better way of printing CD labels because Memorex is looking unreliable right now.

I already tried Avery.co and the store seller that I bought these from "Staples" told me but no dice. I couldn't download that either.

And I know it's not a downloading problem because I tried saving them to a PDF file of the CD I wanted made by another software that I downloaded called "Disketch Disc Label Software".

Since Memorex exPressit Label Design Studio is not available, I recommend that you use the Acoustica CD/DVD Labeler application. It can be obtained from the official website and it has support for a wide range of labels.
