You can't add a piece of a clip art from a CD to the label you're creating. You need to take a camera and then capture the CD and then crop the label and add it to your project. Or more simple, access Google Images and search for that particular image. Additionally, in Google Image Search, add the picture you took with your camera and Google will find it, then you can apply the art to the label.
