Does the The Revisor and the Ortographos work in Windows 7/8?
I have Revisor for Win 98. The Revisor have a driver for Win XP. The last update was in 2008. I have searched the Net and don't have view any site with the installer. The same to Ortographos, by DTS Software also.
The software isn't compatible with Windows 7 or Windows 8 because there is no version released for these versions of Windows. This means that the only way to make it work is through virtualization on a virtual machine running Windows XP. You can achieve this with the help of VirtualBOX. Follow the online guide which explains how to set up a machine.
Note: Windows XP install disc or ISO is required to successfully install XP on the virtual machine.
