In order to convert a JT file with XT-Brep to a JT file with JT-Brep, I suggest you try CAD Exchanger software developed by Roman Lygin. After you open the file with this software, all you need to do is to select Export from the File menu, to select a destination directory and the desired file format, then to click OK:
