If I deactivate Viber from my PC, will this erase all my messages from my smartphone?

No, if you deactivate Viber on PC, the mobile phone will keep all the messages if the sync operation was performed prior to this operation. You can go ahead and uninstall Viber on PC because all your messages are saved on the phone. The SYNC operation took care of that.
