How do I save the players ESC scores to an .xls file?

My reports only show downloading of gross/net.

You can't save the scores to an XLS file because the application doesn't have a feature for this operation. You can export the the contents of a tournament using File > Export > Local file. Since the file might be a plain text file, open Excel and try to drag and drop the file. If it works, save the file as XLS and that's it.
