You can't actually download anything to fix this "issue". Buffering comes from the slow Internet connection your phone has. The quality of the video/audio track is higher, therefore to have a seamless experience, you will need a fast Internet connection. Try to switch from Data to WiFi and this issue shouldn't appear any more.
