E-transcript viewer compatibility with Android.

Is there an app for an Android tablet for reading e-transcripts (.ptx files)?

It was suggested that Adobe Photoshop Express is capable of opening PTX files. To obtain the application, visit the official website at Play Store and install it then use the Open menu to locate the PTX. This is the only possible solution at the moment.

The ptx extension is used for a variety of files. Adobe Photoshop Express does not open e-transcripts with the *.ptx extension made by the RealLegal (ThomsonReuters) E-transcript manager software. I have not found an Android-compatible e-transcript reader.
