The only way to import the data is if you export it as DBA or CSV. DBA is a proprietary format and I doubt you'll be able to export it, but CSV is a widely known format that can be used to export/import the data. There is no other way. After you have exported the CSV, start the application and select File > Import. Choose CSV as file type and locate the file.
