I've searched the web, but couldn't find the correct web address for Poker Clock Professional. Therefore, start the application, then go to Help > About and use the information you find to get to the website or call them.
These type of applications usually have a menu in the Help section to register it. For poker apps, licenses and everything about the service is attached to your account.
