Sending messages when they're logged out.

If I send a message to someone who is logged out on WeChat, will they still receive my messages when they log in?

Yes, even if the other user is currently logged out of the application, the messages you send will be encrypted and stored on the server for the period of the offline time. This means that yes, when the other users logs in, he/she will receive those sent messages.
