If by any means you don't have the possibility to perform a quick update, simply visit the official website and download the cumulative update package. This will work as quick update as well, however, open Quick Heal and go to Settings. Make sure that there is no proxy set up or if you use a proxy, enter it in the update settings window to allow Quick Heal to connect to Internet to retrieve the updates.
