Can I transfer my journal from Microsoft Works version 4.5 to the latest version? And what is the cost of this program?

Unfortunately, there is no way to upgrade your program's version to the latest one because the application was discontinued and there is no way to download any version of it. There is no available information regarding the price of an upgrade and compatibility between versions.
