In case of the tablet, if you want to unlock it with the Internet, you will need to use an OTG cable with a USB modem to access the Internet. Additionally, the tablet should have a small whole where a sharp PIN could be entered. Look for one and press that button, but it will reset the tablet and it will wipe all custom settings and applications.
