OpenVPN does not work in the proper way

I have a program called OpenVPN and it does not work correctly. What can be done?

First you need to check for CA and CRT files. Make sure that these are generated correctly by the server and you have permission to connect. Also, make sure that the services associated with VPN are turned on in the Services menu. If the client refuses to connect, you should contact the supplier of the authority and certificate file.
