Nintendo games don't need activation once the cartridges has been plugged in. Insert the card and the game should be available for playing. There is no need for activation or something related because it's supposed you bought the game and its yours. These type of consoles don't need software/game activation. In some rare cases, you might need to register for a username, but that's it. No other data needs to be set up.
