What can I do to rotate the image of the camera fixed on ceiling? The picture is captured upside down.

If the camera was mounted correctly and the image is upside-down, I recommend you reinstall the drivers and software of the device. If it was mounted incorrectly you can use ManyCam tool. This application will allow you to rotate the camera output and it is compatible with all major camera models.
