GT-S8530 firmware upgrade information.

I want to upgrade my cellphone, but when I connect it to Kies and click Upgrade firmware and initialize the section, the following message appears: GT-S8530 does not support initializing.

This means that the device can't be upgraded using Kies. You should use the OTA upgrade. To access the OTA updates, go to Settings > About phone > Software update. Alternatively, visit your local Samsung Store and they will upgrade it for you.
