My Touchmate TM-mid702w tablet came with Windows 8.1 and it won't boot. I just see Windows logo but there is no activity of dots as we see on boot screen and it is not giving me any safe mode options as we get in Windows 8.1. I downloaded the firmware from the Touchmate site, but I don't know how to flash it or install it. There is no software given in site with firmware. Furthermore, when I press volume and start button it gives me options for boot manager as Windows boot manager or internal EFI shell. It also provides me support for boot from file support. Its hard disk is 16 GB and has GPT partitions. The firmware is 5.5 GB in size. What should I do?
