Information about download the X'pert highscore.

I am studying PhD in structural materials in VietNam and I have a question about the X'Pert HighScore (Plus):
I need this software to solve my researching in the structural materials but I can't download it. So, can you help me to find the free way to download or is it only downloaded by buying?
