You can adjust the volume of the playback from within the VoiceWalker application using the two small buttons located on the right of the Time Slider or press the Up arrow on your keyboard to its maximum. The volume also depends on the volume level in your Windows. To make it easier to adjust the volume, simply go to configuration and check Show volume slider on taskbar.
