Windows Installer error from VCTransaction Express.

I have a user trying to run this setup to view backup discs from bank, but the following error occurs:

VCTransaction Express Installer
Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Custom action CopyHelpFile script error -2146828218.

What can I do?

If you're using Windows XP or below, use the package provided by Microsoft to update Windows Installer. If you're using Windows Vista or above, update Windows Installer through Windows Update. This should fix it. If not, run CCleaner and try installing the software again. If you can't install it, use the contact form from the official web page to get in touch with the developer.
