Download availability of latest Bing Toolbar.

I just started this new assignment that requires me to install Bing HRS toolbar. Once I log in and click on start judging, I get this message that says I need to install the latest version. The current version that I have is 3.15.0. Is there newer version available and how to download it? I'm using Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10.

Yes. There is a newer version of Bing Toolbar. The latest version is 7.3. You can download it from the official website. To be noticed that you need Internet Explorer 7 or newer in order to install and run the toolbar, but that is not a problem in your case since you have Internet Explorer 10.
