Sync PC to Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 via USB.

I need to sync a folder on my PC (Windows 7) with my Tablet. Bi-directional. It needs to be a 1 time setup and happen whenever the tablet is connected via USB port. We are not allowed to use wireless in my facility so USB is a requirement. Is there an app for my tablet that can do this?

Yes, there is an application called Cheetah Sync. You can acquire it via its official website. Although it says it will work for WiFi, the application also works normally with the USB. Just make sure to install both the server and the client. Additionally, you can use FolderSync.
