My Windows 7 tried to update itself and when I try to update my Creative device which is Dell webcam it gives me an error code of 80070103 and it says "failed to update". What does this mean?
It means that the driver from Windows 7 updates isn't compatible with your product and it tries to install a generic driver. Based on your model you can search at Dell Support website for official drivers.
