How can I re-format the date stamp on my Dell Webcam on my Dell Inspiron N5050? For example, today's date is 10/14/14 and this is what I want printed on my pictures. However, date stamp on picture today is 14/10/14.

Once the date has been embedded into the picture, there is no way to remove it. You could alter the EXIF section with an EXIF editor, but the date on the picture will stay the same. Alternatively, crop the picture with an image editor and add the date you want by yourself. You can use Photoscape for this process.
