How can I restrict background data for a particular app (eg. Skype) even when my mobile data is on in a Galaxy Y GT-B5512?
There is an application that can disable permissions for installed apps(eg. Internet/Data connection). For this purpose, you can install and use Permission Denied from the Play Store.
