Recovering a locked work file.

How can you recover a locked SM Report Work File if the user has left it open?

When this happens with the whole program I can enter the program and remove the lock. When it happens with SM Marks, I can go into the program and remove the temporary file. What about the SM Report work file?

You just need to perform the same operation as before because these are two applications created by the same developer. Simply access the program and remove the lock and then you can open the file.
