My PC is locked with a password; how can I remove it?

If you are a regular user, you can restart your PC, enter the Safe Mode by pressing F8 key right before the Windows logo should appear, enter to the Administrator account and remove the password from your user. If this isn't your case, there isn't much that you can do beside reinstalling the Operating System.
