The developer doesn't mention a way to unlock the application using a password reset. However, there a two solutions you can take. One is to re-install the application leaving the content locked. If you use this solution, there is a 50-50 chance the content will be locked for good. Second one is to use the SD card where the locked content is stored and attach it to your PC through a card reader then use Total Commander, for example, to access its contents.
