This issues appears because the print preview shows a different format than the one you're printing on. Simply access Print and then choose Properties. From the Format, select the paper you want to print on and the printer will automatically adjust the format to fit on the paper you're printing. Another possibility is that your drawing is too small/big and the printer doesn't know how to adjust it. Always make sure the resolution of the drawing is exactly the one you need. In either case it will result in stretched printing.
