Already purchased Synctunes but need to do it again.

I purchased the Synctunes app back in January/early February so that I could load multiple songs. I have had to reset my phone to factory settings and was wondering, since I already paid for it, will I be able to load it again on my phone or will I have to re-purchase it?

You don't need to purchase the application again because its licence is tied to the account used to purchase it. This means that you should add this account to your phone and then visit the application page at Google Play and the install button will appear instead of buy.
