Issue downloading Synctunes Desktop

I clicked "Download" on the Synctunes Desktop website and the first time it took me to "Convert PDF to Word File", while the second time it took me to "Use your email more effectively". I'm wondering: does the button actually work?

I really don't understand what button you're talking about. I downloaded Synctunes Desktop both from the SI website and from its developer's website and both times the installer for the correct application was copied to my PC. Try downloading the tool from here: http://synctunes-desktop.software.informer.com/download/ and see if it works.

In case you are being led to different download again, I strongly recommend scanning your hard-disk with AdwCleaner and with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as you definitely have some kind of adware or PUP infecting your PC.

I went through the download process three consecutive times and it worked flawlessly each time. During the onset of the second time a pop-up window (assumed to be assistance from software.informer.com) suggested I search for the file via the pop-up but since the link listed above had already taken me to the correct download page, I merely X (closed) the window and proceeded to click on the DOWNLOAD button. This resulted in the following message: "Downloading the latest version 1.1.5 (32/64-bit). If your download is not starting, click here."

My advice is to use the link above and try downloading again.
