Synctunes says my audiobook was downloaded from iTunes, but I can't find it on my Android Galaxy. Where did it go?

If the files have been transferred and you can't find them, then the manual trigger needs to be used. The Media Scanner from Android needs to be triggered manually to show the files. However, if the files are not in the following path /sdcard/synctunes then , go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> Media Storage -> ClearData. Then reboot your Android to force the cache to be rebuilt.
