Locked Out of echoWealth account.

I am locked out of my account. My email/username is john@jmegan.com. Can you please help me by either giving me a phone number or helping me online?

If you are locked out of your account, you will have to contact the administrator who handles all the accounts. This is a corporate application and it doesn't offer the possibility to change or unlock the account when something bad happens. Contact your local IT administrator and tell him the problem. He should be able to unlock the account and reset the lock flags assigned to your account.
