What HP and Dell laptops are compatible with Advisys Echowealth software and Massmutual Office Intranet?

I am trying to get an office-compliant laptop to allow me to work with the Advisys Echowealth software to assist my employer. However, my employer is only aware that I will need either an HP or a Dell computer that is office-compliant. My personal computer is an HP Pavilion, which is not compliant. I have contacts that will get me a compliant computer once the information is made clear, in order to reduce agency costs to my employer. So if I can be informed on which models from both brands are office-compliant, that will be most appreciated!

There is no system requirements list available for the software, although the official website is still working. I've searched for PDF guides and details, but I couldn't find any. Because of this issue, it's practically impossible to recommend a HP or DELL laptop.

However, you can use almost any laptop that's not gaming related, meaning that it doesn't use a dedicated graphical card.
