The problem is that this application isn't released for Windows 7 OS. In this case you have the possibility to run it in compatibility mode. You can either use Troubleshoot Compatibility or Properties > Compatibility > Windows XP. If the application starts successfully, you will need to use Run as Administrator every time it's started. Contract, install XP Mode and then run the application in XP Mode from Windows 7.
