Problem with app using Bluestacks.

I have a problem with Bluestacks. Every time I go to the market inside the game "Heroes of Dragon Age", it crashes and returns to the main menu of Bluestacks. What can I do? I've already re-installed it, used an older version but the problem wasn't solved. Thanks for your help and sorry for my bad English.

Ah, my PC specs are as follows: Windows 7 x64 Home Premium SP1, Intel core i5-2300 2.8 GHz, RAM 6GB, nVidia GeForce GT 440.

Unfortunately, it seems the application is having compatibility issues with Bluestacks. The major problem is that you can't do pretty much anything since the developer will not offer support for Bluestacks installations. Try clearing cache from the Application Manager in Bluestacks and then run the game and access the market again.
