I purchased C168 CarBrain Scanner by Tomic TEC CO from Autotool Company in 2012. At my first attempt I used wrong registration details and then I received a new ID code that cost me $35 according to the Auto Tool Shop Sales Manager, Mr. David. He has already sent me the registration details by email to my account. I was out of the country for a couple of years and I came back to Sri Lanka. I deleted that email that was sent to me. Yesterday, I asked Mr. David to send me the same email message, but he is not responding on my requirement. What can I do?
