Outdated 1200dpi Genx scanner drivers.

I cannot run my Genx 1200dpi scanner on Windows 8.1 due to outdated drivers. Are there any drivers compatible with Windows 8.1?

The only way to install the drivers at this point is through Device Manager. Connect the scanner to PC, and disable automatic driver installation. Go to Device manager and manually update the driver by right clicking the yellow entry. Point the installer to the driver's directory and wait for installation. There is no other way around this.
