Transmission failed. Is it the antenna's fault?

I am using EasyMail v1.13 & 1.15 onboard. Recently it is not working correctly with transceiver message (info 80) "Transmission failed, your reception is OK but your transmission is not received by Land Station". In the connection toolbar, PC Connect & Ant the signal full bar in green. Is it the antenna's fault?

No, it's not the antenna's fault if the signal bar is green, it doesn't mean that it's antenna's fault. Try to check the settings that the transmission depends on. Alternatively make sure the application is installed correctly because this could also be the case that the transmission is problematic. Perform a re-install and then reconfigure it again.
