If you have problems with the way applications are listed, I recommend you to perform a factory reset of the phone. Additionally, if you have the default launcher of the phone, swipe to the left or right. It's possible that you've selected only Downloaded apps to be shown. In this case, swiping to left or right will enable all apps. The problem with these phones is they have low memory and if you install many applications, then there will be a problem regarding performance. Always try to keep it clean and use only the apps you need.
