When apps stop unexpectedly it means that the system files are corrupted. Usually the framework*.apk is affected but you are lucky because the system keeps backups of these files. In this case, you will need to perform a factory reset of the phone. If you still have access to its interface, you can use Menu > Systems > Privacy > Factory Reset. The phone will restart and will be returned to factory defaults.
