Update for MGI PhotoSuite V8.1.

I am looking for an update for this program because I cannot install it on my new PC with Windows 7 64-bit.
I have a different program for a different camera that does not recognize Sony Cybershot. Can anybody tell me where to find an update? The ones I found were all deleted by my antivirus software.

Unfortunately, there is no update for MGI PhotoSuite since this is a very old application. You might be able to run it on Windows 7 while emulating Windows XP on a virtual machine, but that's it. You can use Virtualbox to install Windows XP, the OS compatible with MGI PhotoSuite.
