Unfortunately, if you don't remember the password, you will need to take the phone to a local phone service shop or at the Nokia Care. They should be able to remove the password by accessing the phone's OS memory using 3rd party hardware tools and software. There isn't a tweak to reset it from the phone if you don't have access.
