There are many causes that can make PtantraAttendance stop working right, but this issue is more like an internal error of the application. I suggest you perform a fresh installation of the software. First, go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search there your software and select uninstall. After that start the installation process once again. Also, I recommend you to update the software to its latest version.
