Error: The Operation failed. What should I do?

Recently, when opening Localization Studio 6.11, I got error 'Error: The Operation failed: " and no further information is provided. I tried almost everything: downloaded newer version - 6.12; checked all Windows updates and downloaded/installed all. And nothing helped - still can't open the program. This problem occurred recently, I didn't changed anything in my computer or this program.

This application is used internally. This means that it is not available for public use or downloading, therefore support does not exist.
